As a result of the "Discipline in Schools" survey that The Federation released to the media, the district has agreed to work with us to improve the safety at your workplace.
We are in the process of forming a Discipline Advisory Committee. The goal of this committee is to create ideas on how we can work together with the district as it relates to student discipline and school safety.
This volunteer committee will meet with the Superintendent and his staff specifically on matters pertaining to positive school climate and student discipline within our district.

This summer, The Federation has also offered Professional Development to all TOR Moderators and Deans on “Managing Antisocial Behavior.” All folks trained will be responsible for training faculty and staff at their worksite!
